
Indiana Tech Strategic Plan Book
Indiana Tech is a private university based in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. With a rich history in engineering, the school continues to build upon its foundation in S.T.E.M. education, while also offering a robust range of degrees in business, education, and criminal sciences to thousands of students across the state.
Some years ago, university leadership developed a 12-year strategic plan to set concrete academic and financial goals, but remain nimble and adaptive to the changing educational landscape. I was asked to help develop a flagship publication for the endeavor that would align stakeholders, educate potential investors, and help rally faculty, staff, and students around a shared vision for the future of this institution.

8-year update
This book was first published in 2018 and has continued to serve as an effective communication tool for the campaign. Phase 1 (2018–2024) is now complete, and phase 2 is well under way. Indiana Tech has reached numerous milestones on schedule, and continued to meet and exceed its academic, institutional and fundraising goals for the strategic plan.
