Melching Machine

Melching’s products are on oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico, windmill farms in the plains states, and used to make medical devices, automobiles, industrial appliances and more across the USA.

Melching Machine's experience and capabilities are impressive. Their salesmen, however, were encountering a problem: some potential customers had the impression this was just "a guy with a lathe set up in his garage." To address this, Melching came to DKLLC for a modern, polished brand that would exude quality and professionalism at the first handshake.

DKLLC overhauled the logo, created a refined stationery package, and designed a capabilities brochure featuring lots of photography of the shop space. Prospects could now see the facility, the equipment, and some of the sophisticated products Melching could build. And the website provided equal assurance that this is a company that can be trusted.

Hometown Pride

Rather than downplay Melching's location in the small, rural town of Ossian, Indiana, we drew attention to it! Ossian is in the heart of the hard-working Midwest — and they've been there for 3/4 of a century. The town is within 20 minutes of the airport, major shipping hubs, and several major interstates. Ossian for the win.

Photographer Joel Faurote and DKLLC spent a day peeking around corners and peering over shoulders to capture photos of the "real" energy of the shop. Importantly, we wanted customers to perceive the true size of the facility and see the high-tech equipment operated by an intensely focused staff.
